Some creatures chirping at night, with city ambient noise in the background. I don't know if they are birds, or bats, or what. I stayed at my grandmother's place for a few days, where these creatures are heard every night, but no one ever saw them to be able to identify them. Recorded with a zoom h4n portable recorder, on the balcony in my grandmother's apartment.

This is a part two to the first version i made. This one has a lot more going on but sounds really awesome! can't wait to see how you guys use this in your projects.

*note* the usable sound is at the end of the clip. An attempt at recording the swoosh of a golf club. There is a lot of background noise, including the sounds of crickets and birds, and the sound of stepping in grass. Recorded on a dr07 mkii in southwest florida. Chirping crickets.

This is my first submission to the site. I've recently been exploring sound design a little bit more and thought i would provide something. Here is 15 minutes of ambient sound recorded around 5 am on october 10th, 2011. I used a shure sm58 microphone through a native instruments audio 8 dj interface. Without a microphone amplifier or my active microphone ready to use i ended up amplifying this about 52 db then removed the extraneous noise by 80% @ 40 db using the noise reduction plug-in in adobe audition cs5. 5. Finally, saving the result to wav @ 44,100 hz, 16-bit.
